Chip Seal Bid Request

The Town of Elk Mound, Dunn County, is requesting bids for three LRIP chip seal projects.
Project Details
- Project 1: Located on 906th Street from 620th Avenue north toward WI Hwy 40. This LRIP road project is to be double chip sealed with hot applied oil.
- Project 2: Located on 906th Street from 620th Avenue south to County HH. This project is also a double chip seal.
- Project 3: Located on 810th Street, starting at Cty E and going north approximately 100 feet. This project is a single chip seal.
All projects must be completed between August 1 and September 30, 2026.

Bids must be submitted to Chairman Tony Christopherson at E9920 620th Avenue, Elk Mound, WI 54739, by 11:00am Friday, May 22, 2026. Bids may also be presented at the bid opening at 1:00pm Friday, May 22, 2026, at the town hall.
Bidders are welcome to attend the bid opening.
The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
